At aliso, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our handmade footwear and accessories.
Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note:

No cash refunds
- All approved returns will be issued as store credit only
- Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at aliso.cares@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with all tags attached
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Exchange shipping costs apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Worn or damaged items
- Items without original tags or packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at aliso.cares@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.
International Returns
Customers outside the UAE are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. Store credit will be issued in AED.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and store credit issuance. You'll receive an email confirmation with your store credit code.
